Create and invite additional estimators to a team
If your company has multiple estimators who will be using WinBidPro simultaneously, you will need to:
Purchase a license for each estimator
Create a team
Have each estimator sign up for an account
Invite each estimator to the team.
Step 1: As the account manager/administrator, Click the “Login” button in the top right corner of our website.
Step 2: Once logged into your account, click the “Purchase/Renew Licenses” Button.
Step 3: Choose how many additional licenses you will purchase, and click “Review & Purchase”
Step 4: Once you’ve purchased the additional licenses, On the account overview page, click “Manage Your Team”
Step 5: Now you can invite each estimator to join your team. Enter the email addresses they used to sign up for their accounts with, and click invite. They will receive an email with the invitation, once they accept the invitation, their accounts will be licensed, and able to use WinBidPro.
