We just found a problem with component profiles in the HD500 and HD500T systems in the WinBidPro v15 Atlas catalog.
These are 2 1/2" x 5" systems, and the profiles of the variable components are set to 2". This will cause a problem with both daylight openings and cut sizes of all material.
You can correct this in your own Atlas catalog, click the Framing Systems link in the menu tree, then edit each of the HD500 systems and in the Frame Profile tab, go to the the section shown below and change the values to 2 1/2". This will fix the settings for any new jobs you create.
If you have existing jobs using any of these systems, you will need to edit update those jobs by going to the Jobs window, then the Current Job Actions menu at the top, then click Change Framing Systems. This will open a window with all of the elevations in the current job. You can select the elevations using the HD500 system (Ctrl - click to select multiple), click the Select button, then re-select the particular HD500 system that is being used from the main list, then click Select again to apply the updated system to the selected elevations.
This sounds like a lot of work, but it is actually real easy. We will publish a 2023 r3 catalog that will have these correction in it by the end of March, 2023.
